Key Findings for September 2024
September’s top values look like a greatest-hits album with zero skips: the entire Top 10 holds stable positions, signaling unusually steady preferences rather than trend-chasing. In share terms, Health (47.2%) and Family (44.9%) lead the pack, with a tight second tier of Trust (38.5%) and Peace (37.2%). The spread from #1 to #10 is only about 20.1 percentage points (47.2% to 27.1%), suggesting broad agreement on what “matters” right now.
Because there are no position changes, the story isn’t about winners and losers; it’s about consolidation. People are anchoring on core “life infrastructure” values: wellbeing, close relationships, emotional safety, and money security. Financial stability (35.1%) sitting mid-table reinforces a practical mood: comfort is great, but resilience is better.
Seasonally, September often behaves like a reset button after summer—back to routines, budgets, school/work rhythms—so it makes sense that Health, Peace, and Financial stability stay prominent, while Pleasure (29.8%) remains in the mix without taking over.
